I spent the better part of my life afraid that I was never going to be able to commit to any one career. I have always had a wide range of interests, and I was never willing to sacrifice any of them to commit to another.
It wasn’t until I started freelance writing in 2012 that this “character flaw” was actually a great strength. With my broad range of interests and experiences, I have the ability to take a number of different angles for any one topic.
Because of my wide range of interests, I have enjoyed writing about everything from music and travel to cooking and the stock market. And don’t even get me started on sports and gambling!
I also work full-time as the general manager of a local BBQ restaurant and banquet facility just outside of Pittsburgh. On most nights, you can find me camped out in the back corner of the restaurant shortly after the dinner rush with my MacBook and an adult beverage.
